Part 10! Rainbow Serpent Festival

This one was really awesome one of the best festivals ive seen!
The headliner was Mad Professor which was really good! also alots of goa and psy trance music 24 hours a day for 4 days... crazy!
The people where very friendly, very hippie and all dressed up! the best one i saw was a guy with a robotman suit, it took him 4 hours to put on the suit!
I did a lots of buddha stuff like meditation, yoga, diamond meditation it was really cool, also djembe and didjeredoo and i liked harna crishna food very much!

Part 9! Surfing in Torquay

I had a choise... go to Tasmania or going to Torquay surfing! Tasmania was to expensive and i still couldnt sell my board, so i went to Torquay for 20 days i had a good surf over there, i was hiding in my tent at night in the bush! The weather was not really good, cold and windy most of the time on the beach! One day was finely perfect for surfing but than it was shark alarm so we had to get out of the water, but still had a few hours of surfing before alarm!

Part 8: back in Melbourne

23 december we finelly arrived back in Melbourne! dropt off the car with scratches evrywere and small damage on the roof! but they didnt saw, i was very lucky again!
Than we whent back to the hostel and had a great time again, now im waiting for big blast newyear!
The only think it bothers me is why is everything so expencive in Australia? i mean if its to expencive for europeans it must be hell for australians, but they still buy a ticket for 180 dollars just to be in a fullpacked stadium on newyears eve, were they pay at least 10 bucks for bad beer!
Thats crazy!!!
So i wish everyone in australia merry "hot" christmas next year and a
Happy "cheap" Newyear!!!

We allways wanted to go hiking so this was the perfect place for! The view reminded me a little bit grampians!
So we took a loop 21ks and we whent to the highest mountain called st. marys peak,it was hard but very cool!

The next days we went to Broken Hillit the old mining town!
We saw Pro Hart Gallery very nice paintings, espesially pictures about the mines!
Than we sneaked in for free in a caravan park! in the evening when the goon box was allmost empty, we went to a bar, somehow we whent to some house for an after party! Party was good it was actually a rocken roll band and they playd at 2 am while they kids were sleeping!
Next morning woke up on the sofa, whent back, took our car and we were heading direction Silverton Mine which was very cool! it was 30 meters under ground! You could really see how they worked in the mines with limited space and only candle light, for 14 years long!
Than the next day we went to swanhill...

Part 6! Yorke Penninsula

salt lake magic

Must have picture

Surfers Paradise

Now we left Adelaide, we decided to go to not realy known half island, with small towns, small populations like 200 per town! we were heading to Innes National Park and saw only 1 bar on our way, so we stopt to drink a beer! So ones we walked in a bar ther was no turning back, there were like 20 people inside and everyone was drunk and it was not even 7! It was crazy real farm style! So we talk to some locals (i think they never saw a backpacker) some of them invited us to shoot cows and rabbits next day, some of them invited us to their home for an afterparty, and inventinatly we slept there, very friendly people! It was one hell of a night in Yorketown!
Next day we whent to Innes National Park (to bad we didnt shoot the cow)! It was good warm weather for the first time i think! We whent straight to the best beach calls West Cape! Awesome big waves, warm, and a surfboard.. what do you need more, it was just perfect! Thats where i standed for the first time properly on my 6.8 surfboard! Next day i was getting better and better! Last day it was waaay to hot 40 degrees, we stayd whole day in the water and i was burning my back all the time! The next day we left cause of bad weather again, with thunderstorms and lightnings!
If you wanna have good surf def go there!
